Common questions about getting started, signing in and keeping your account safe.

How do I register?

  1. On the home page, choose Register a new account.
  2. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address. The email becomes your sign-in identifier.
  3. Choose whether you're registering as a parent / guardian or an adult managing only your own health. Adults must be 16 or over.
  4. Optionally enter your 10-digit NHS number — found on prescription paper or appointment letters. We use this to speed up record matching; it is not required to use the app.
  5. Add the name and phone number of your local GP practice. This is so the AI doctor's recommendations can point you to the right service if you need to book an appointment.
  6. Choose a strong password (at least 10 characters) and confirm it.
  7. Review the data & privacy consents — three are required to use the AI doctor and tracking features; the smart-device consent is optional.
  8. Submit the form. You can sign in immediately afterwards.

I've forgotten my password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Reset a forgotten password.
  2. Enter your registered NHS number or mobile phone number. We send a 6-digit verification code by SMS.
  3. Enter the code on the next screen. The code expires after 15 minutes — request a new one if it runs out.
  4. Choose a new password (at least 10 characters), confirm it, and you're done. You'll be sent back to the sign-in page automatically.

I can't sign in even with the right password

After several wrong attempts your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow above.
